According to the dubious source of Time mag:

Officials were using the word "umbrella" instead of "coalition" to avoid reminders of the struggling coalition the U.S. led into Iraq.

Nah, "Umbrella of the Willing" doesn't quite cut it. How about "Bumbershoot of the Bumblers"?
